Booking Information

 

Thank you for visiting my page! If interested in booking, please send me a message via the contact tab to schedule your session consultation. I usually book sessions 2-3 months ahead, but even sooner around the holiday season. If you're interested in maternity photography, I prefer doing them between 28-36 weeks of pregnancy. Newborn sessions are best booked around the beginning of the third trimester. My weekend sessions always book soonest, so if interested in weekend sessions, please contact me right away, but I do shoot on weekdays also.

A session deposit is required to secure your date and is non-refundable. This session fee deposit is due ASAP. This applies to locations within 40 miles of Yuba City or anywhere around the Concord / Pleasant Hill / Walnut Creek and San Francisco / Daly City area. There is a $30.00 mileage charge after 40 miles (per 40 miles). Studio sessions are available, but limited in availability.

Before your session, an in-person session consultation is preferred. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and we can talk about what you're looking for in your session and you'll get to see a variety of products I offer for your photos. During your booking, you will be handed an information packet.

I will be sending you a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your session. For on-location photos, we meet at the location we agree upon during booking. For studio sessions, we will meet at my home studio. All package fees are due on the day of the session

Your images will be available for viewing in your password protected gallery within two weeks (14-18 days) after your session. Your gallery will be up for a month and during this time, we can also set-up your printing consultation. Your print credit must be used within 40 days of receiving your gallery.

All photos are printed through my chosen professional labs.

I do not offer mini-sessions on a regular basis. I only have them a few times a year, and usually on a specific date. Please be on the lookout on my facebook  page on when these sessions are.

On average, a WBP client spends between $400-$800 on their session.
