You guys! I reached 5,000 fans on my Facebook page! How freaking awesome is that?!?! Let’s go celebrate! I feel like it’s even more poignant because 4 years ago, almost one year after opening my business, something that I thought would be a part-time gig, I decided I was going full time with photography. I have Facebook to thank with that too with their constant reminders of what happened a few years ago!
Anyhoo, before I get all crazy sentimental, let’s get on with the celebration and do a giveaway! Hey, hey!
Session Giveaway Prizes!
First Prize:
A free session for a family, newborn, maternity, or high school senior + 20 free images with printing rights.
Session must be done between January 1st – June 30th, 2016. Only applicable for sessions done within 15 miles of Crofton, MD. Newborn sessions MUST be in my Crofton, MD studio.
Second Prize:
$500.00 Gift Certificate – applicable towards any packages.
Session must be done between January 1at – June 30th 2016.
Mentoring Giveaway!
First Prize:
A free 2 hour online mentoring (whatever you’d like out of my private mentoring class [editing, portfolio review, or business]), or a 2 hour in-person mentoring.
Mentoring must be done sometime between April 2016 – July 2016.
Second Prize:
Either a $150.00 gift certificate towards an online class, or $300 towards an in-person class. Mentoring must be done sometime between April 2016-July 2016.
Fine print on prizes:
For sessions: Anyone is welcomed to enter! If you are a client with a previously booked session, prize cannot apply to currently booked session. It is an additional session. A contract must be signed, and prizes are non-transferable. Session fees are still required to book if you win the gift certificate prize. No print products are included in any of the prizes, but 20% is offered on any additional prizes offered.
Mentoring giveaway: Open to anyone that is needing mentoring help! Pro or just starting out. No mileage limits either. This is even open to those local to me. The only thing I do ask is IF you already teach similar classes to mine, please do give those that are starting out a chance. My classes are definitely geared to helping you get your business or your photography going! Prizes are non-transferable and must be used at the time frame allotted.

We are a military family, and it has been 3 years since we had actual family pictures done. I would love to win this so we can have current images with our newest member. I am a photographer, and have found it difficult to find someone who’s style matches mine, and who I adore. I would be homered if I could have a session done by you. That being said, a mentoring session by you would also be amazing. Being able to pick your brain and learn from someone who’s work you look up too would be a dream.

I would love a mentoring session because right now I feel a little “stuck” with my photography. My images just aren’t as great as I know they could be if I had a little more guidance. Congrats on reaching 5K!! I can only IMAGINE getting to that point someday! I started doing photography as a business only a few years ago, and I’ve been stationed overseas as my husband is in the Navy. It hasn’t led to many chances to do in person workshops since starting. We move back to the states, Virginia, in January, and I really can’t wait to take some classes and really get rolling!! Congrats =)
